getoffer.work is an AI-powered resume generation service platform. We provide users with AI-assisted resume creation, editing, and export features. This service is for personal lawful use only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.

Users must log in via WeChat authorization to use this service. You are responsible for protecting your account security and all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service to users who violate this agreement.

Users promise not to post any illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or other inappropriate content on this platform. The use of automated tools, crawlers, or other technical means to scrape or copy platform data is prohibited. Users may not use this service for any commercial competition or analysis purposes.

To ensure resume content security, the system only saves the original AI-generated version of resumes. Editing and re-saving is not supported. Historical resume records only retain the AI-generated original version for user tracking and management. To modify resume content, please regenerate.

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, images, software, code, designs, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Resume content generated by users through this platform belongs to the users. Users grant us permission to use their resume content to improve our AI models.

This service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service. AI-generated resume content is for reference only; users should verify it themselves.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate user accounts and service access when users violate any terms of this agreement. Users may also cancel their accounts at any time. Upon termination, user rights to use this service cease immediately, but we will continue to protect user personal information according to our privacy policy.

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at our location.
